2024 Toyota Compact Cruiser EV – Toyota revealed a number of electric car designs in December. My eyes quickly flitted to its back corner. It was an electric pickup that looked very similar to the Tacoma Electric Vehicle… right next to it was an offroad SUV with heavy Cladding and a skid plate.

Toyota did not name these concepts in a cute way. Actually, the pickup EV was called “Pickup EV”. The body size is probably the reason for the name “Compact Cruiser EV“. The Compact Cruiser EV also weighs less than the Pickup EV. For midsize, it’s likely to be larger. The Compact Cruiser, a smaller version of the FJ Cruiser, is an alternative. This was a modernized and unusual take on the FJ40 Land Cruiser. Due to the small fan base that longs for its return, the FJ Cruiser’s current price is sky-high. This vehicle could be ours in an economically viable and more sustainable form. It would be normal for “Cruiser”, to appear in the product’s name. Toyota trademarked “Trailhunter”, so it’s possible. The Compact Cruiser is based upon the FT-4X design but it’s also electric.

Toyota introduced a cool FT-4X concept in 2017. The FT-4X was a compact, affordable, off-road crossover designed for young people. The Compact Cruiser EV may be a similar vehicle, even though it wasn’t manufactured by Toyota.

When will Compact Cruiser Electric be available?
Toyota has not yet announced a launch date but we can expect it to be very soon. Toyota had previously promised 15 new BEVS would be launched by 2025. Toyota revealed 15 new EV concepts in December. We predict that the compact cruiser production version of the EV will be soon available.
