2024 Range Rover Evoque – The Mk2 Range Rover Evoque arrived in late 2018, and Autocar’s May 2021 Report states that the third-gen Evoque will replace it in 2024. Jaguar Land Rover has confirmed that the Range Rover Evoque electric will be made available to customers as part of its “Reimagine” global strategy. JLR is developing an electrified modular architecture platform. (EMA) is a battery-powered vehicle that can be used as a pure electric bias platform. It can also support an advanced electrified internal combustion motor. JLR announced at the 2021 Investor Day that it will construct the Discovery Sport and new Evoque on the base. JLR says that the first model to be built on this platform is expected to arrive in 2024. It will, JLR claims, be the next-generation Evoque.
2024 Range Rover Evoque Review
To maximize space, the EMA platform will feature a flat floor. The EMA platform also features in-house-designed electric drive units that provide 92% efficiency. They can handle 800V and are the most torque-dense units in their class. JLR estimates their energy efficiency to be 4-4.5 miles/kWh. This would represent a significant improvement in the I-Pace’s energy efficiency ratings.
According to Europe’s WLTP, I-Pace has a 35.4-40.5 kWh/100-mile (2.4-2.8 mi/kWh in both EV320- or EV400 versions). Thierry Bollore (Jaguar Land Rover CEO) briefly discussed the EMA platform during the parent company’s Q3 FY22 earnings call. He said that JLR had been working on this platform because, like the MLA, it will allow cars with unique proportions.
2024 Range Rover Evoque Price & Release Date
The next-gen Evoque will be more expensive than the Discovery Sport, according to an Autocar UK report. At the time of reporting, the base price for Evoque was USD 45,000 and GBP 32.590 respectively in the UK. The price rise will be due to the higher cost of the highly-electronic platform. The base price of the 2024 Evoque will be GBP 40,000 in the UK, which is 20.6% more than the British publication. This is to highlight the Evoque’s superiority over its German counterparts. It can only be justified by radical changes. Flat floors make it the most spacious Evoque of all three generations. This is a great place to begin.
