2024 Renault Scenic Will be an electric SUV

2024 Renault Scenic – The Renault Scenic will return in a few years but it won’t be quite as great as you might have hoped. The Renault Megane was the basis of the previous seven-seat Scenic MPVs. The model will be redesigned by the French brand as an elegant electric SUV with five seats. The new Scenic will arrive in 2024. It will use the same CMF-EV platform as the Renault Megane iV. It will be able to compete against the Skoda Enyaq iV or Volkswagen ID.

The brand plans to restore the Scenic name as part of the “Revolution”, their self-described project. The brand plans to become a fully-electric manufacturer in 2030. This project will help to revive their 123-year-old brand name. The new Scenic SUV’s design departs from the curvy silhouettes of previous models. The new vehicle may have a slimmer front and horizontal LED headlights, which are thinner than the Renault 5 concept. Only an electric motor will be offered for the Renault Scenic. The front grille of the Renault Scenic will likely be reduced to improve aerodynamics. Also, a larger Renault logo will likely be displayed. The Scenic’s rear bumper will be in line with the industry trend of having a full-width bar.

New Designs

As previously mentioned, the Scenic shares many components with the Renault Megane E-Tech Electric. There will be little difference between the two vehicles in terms of their size. The Scenic will have more space in the back than the Megane. The Scenic will likely feature off-road-inspired body cladding. This gives it a muscular appearance that is distinct from the Megane.

As the SUV’s hatchback sibling, the Megane, the interior will be similar to the Scenic and many other parts. The Interior will include a dual-screen infotainment system that includes a 12.3-inch digital cluster and a 12-inch central touchscreen. This layout is portrait-oriented. Similar to Megane’s screens, these screens will be powered by Google software and include many car functions, such as climate control or heated seats.

2024 Renault Scenic Engine & Specs

The Scenic is a cutting-edge car, but Renault will most likely target families with this new model. The entry-level model will start at PS30,000 and be competitively priced. This base model is for those who drive around the city a lot and comes with a 40kWh battery that has a range of about 200 miles. A 60kWh battery will power the new Scenic’s higher-spec models. The vehicle is expected to travel approximately 300 miles on a single charge. You also have the option of rapid charging. The charge time for a 15-80% top-up should take around 30 minutes. Charging speeds of up to 130kW are also possible. This feature may be available as an option, or standard on all models.
