2023 Hyundai Palisade Sport – The Hyundai Palisade, which was launched in 2020, has been a great success for the South Korean brand. Exterior

The Palisade’s grille is now more rectangular and has an armor-like graphic treatment, similar to the Santa Cruz and Tucson. The Palisade’s vertical, thick LED lighting signature is now located at the fascia’s exterior edge. This visually increases the SUV’s width and makes it squarer. The rear bumper has been updated with new 20-inch 15-spoke wheels. These photos show the Calligraphy top-of-the-line model. Lower trim photos will be posted closer to the date of on-sale.

Interior

The interior has undergone a complete redesign, with a new steering wheel as well horizontal air vents running across the dashboard. The interior features a 12.0-inch screen with infotainment and USB C ports. The Palisade features a driver’s seat with a massage function and heated seats in the third row. The second row also features ventilation and wing-out headrests. The Palisade is awash in modern technology. Palisade has a digital rearview mirror, and wireless charging is faster than ever. The Hyundai Digital Key allows car owners to lock, unlock and unlock their vehicle using an iPhone, Apple Watch, or Samsung Galaxy. Blue Link or the key fob can be used to remotely start a car. The Palisade is also the first Hyundai vehicle with Wi-Fi hotspot capability.

Engine

The 3.8-liter V-6 engine, which produces 291 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque in the Palisade 2023 remains the same. Palisades are available with either front- or all-wheel drive. There is an eight-speed automatic transmission. Tow mode is available for all-wheel-drive Palisades. This reprograms the transmission to maintain lower gears in place longer and reduces the number of changes. The Palisade comes standard with rear side-impact airbags, making it more secure than ever. You have many options for driver assistance: forward collision avoidance and navigation-based smart cruising control. Highway driving assistance is also available. Remote smart park assist is also an option.

Hyundai claims the Palisade will come with an XRT trim in the same vein as the Santa Fe and Tucson XRT models. Palisade XRT, an off-road package, features dark 20-inch wheels and skid plates. Roof rails are also included. More information and images regarding the XRT will become available in the coming months. Prices will be revealed closer to the date of sale. The 2023 Palisade will be available for purchase in the early part of summer. The 2022 Palisade’s price will rise slightly. The current price is $34,845, while the Calligraphy model costs $48,535.
