This adventurous lifestyle was temporarily hindered by the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020. People are now reconnected with Mother Nature after months of being stuck indoors.

Overland Expo Mountain West this weekend is a great venue to showcase fully customized trucks that are capable of going anywhere. GMC will attend the show with a modified Canyon AT4 capable of traveling anywhere, the OVERLANDX Off-road Concept. The truck was lifted from the manufacturer and rides on 33-inch BFGoodrich KM3 mudterrain tires with 17 inch AEV Crestone wheels.

Design

GMC offers a wide range of modifications to the pickup. Rocker panel protectors, a built-in front recovery pin and extended underbody protection are all included. A heavy-duty bumper and front bumper are also available. Canyon is ready for off-road use with front and rear electronic locking differentials as well as a solar panels. A clever drawer system is also featured in the bed storage area.

The OVERLANDX Offroad concept has a 10-inch clearance, and a 27.7-degree approach angle. You can take a break in the tent-roof tent once you have reached your destination. GMC provided an umbrella for the Canyon AT4 to protect it from the sun and rain. Other upgrades include a cooler and a kitchenette, as well as guy lines that protect the windshield against being damaged by low-hanging branches.
