The publication states that the STX Black Appearance package will only be available on XL models with 101A High equipment options on SuperCab or SuperCrew bodies, as well as the regular STX Appearance package.

The following packages will not be available: 3.3L Duratec V6, EcoBoost V6 with 2-wheel drive, eight-way driver’s seat and Heavy-Duty payload package, STX Appearance Pack, or XL chrome appearance package. The F-150 Hybrid won’t have this option, but there are other options.

The STX Black Appearance Package will include body-color front bumpers and rear bumpers, as well as a box side sticker (except for FX4 Package), and black bodyside stickers (four-wheel drive or FX4), glossy 20-inch aluminum wheels, and black dual exhaust tips.
